You will find the carrier details and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please visit the carrier's website and quote the tracking number on you confirmation email. Or you can always contact the store with any queries on 1300 362 661.


All orders received Monday to Friday prior to 3pm WST will be processed that day, or during busy periods (such as SALE days) the order may be processed the following day. Any order received Monday to Thursday, after 3pm, will be processed and dispatched the following day. Any order received on Friday, after 3pm or over the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on Monday. Our website product stock levels are adjusted daily and proven to be 99% accurate, however in the unfortuante situation where you purchase a product that is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss options.


As mentioned above, we will generally process your order within 24 hours of payment, however in unforseen circumstances or during the weekend this could be up to 3 days. Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 1-10 days, depending on the delivery service used and your location. Standard Shipping estimates 3-10 Business days, and Express Shipping estimates 1-5 Business days.


Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Saddles Plus.


The Click and Collect option is 100% FREE of charge. Once the order has been placed, you can pick the order up from the Saddles Plus store in Byford, Western Australia after 2 hours has passed. This will allow the staff to have your order ready for when you arrive. If you would like to pick up your order within the two hours then please contact the store and speak to one of our friendly team members who may be able to speed up the process for you!


Saddles Plus handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Saddles Plus.
