HOW TO REDEEM YOUR SP POINTS

How to redeem your SP points with three simple steps:

STEP 1 - LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Click on the 'Log in' button on the top menu. Once you have logged in, you will see the number of points you have earned from previous purchases, in the top left of your screen for a computer and in the middle of your screen if using a mobile.


STEP 2 - PURCHASE PRODUCTS AS NORMAL

You can click on 'My Account', also in the top menu, to get a detailed breakdown of how you earned your points. In order to redeem them, simply select the product you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. 


STEP 3 - REDEEM YOU POINTS

 Once you're on the Shopping cart page, simply use the 'Points slider' to determine the amount of points you would like to use.
  • Each time you adust the 'Points slider' the cart total will adjust.
  • Remember, every 20 SP Points redeemed will give you $1 off.
  • Then proceed to the checkout, it's that easy.

How do I earn points?

Simply make a purchase online and receive 1 point for every $1 spent. You can earn even more points by using social media or reviewing our products. See the information above about how to earn more points.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire after 365 days of inactivity. We will send you a notice email before they expire so you don't miss out! You can also see how many days are remaining in the 'My account' section after you log in.

When do my points become available?

Your points will become available in your online account within 24 hours.

Is there a maximum point limit when making a purchase?

No, you can spend as many points as you like!

Is there a limit of how many product reviews I can leave?

Yes, you can make up to 3 reviews per day.

Is there a limit on how many points I can earn using social media?

Yes, there is a limit of 3 per day for any of the social media point awarding actions.

Can I lose my points beyond making a purchase?

Yes, if you return an item where you were awarded SP points then those points will be withdrawn.

Can I earn points when buying a product with points?

No, when you decide to redeem your points, you will not be awarded any points for that purchase. This would be classed as double dipping and not overly fair.

 

LOYALTY POINTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY

Saddles Plus reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Loyalty Program, without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our Loyalty Program. We also reserve the right to revoke reward points if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the Loyalty Program in any way.

PRIVACY

One of our top priorities is making sure that your personal information is safe. Please review our Privacy Policy. By participating in the program, you are agreeing to allow Saddles Plus the use your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted our privacy policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Saddles Plus is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. This includes your use or reliance on any third party content, links, comments or advertisements. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ADDITIONAL LOYALTY DISCOUNT OFFERS

Provided that the customer's e-mail settings do not prevent them from participating in the Loyalty Program, they will also be entitled to receive additional, exclusive point offerings and offers available only to the Loyalty Program members! With every purchase the customer's status in the Loyalty Program grows, increasing their pre-set loyalty discounts. Moreover this will also increase and improve their exclusive additional point offers.

REVIEW GUIDELINES

To ensure that your review meets our criteria all fields must be completed and an honest paragraph about the product itself must be included. We can not accept duplicate reviews or derogatory reviews about our products, as these issues should be taken up directly with our Customer Service team. Once you have submitted your comments, we will assess the review and reward points to your account. Points will only be received if the review meets the criteria stated.

SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES

A daily maximum of 3 Facebook 'likes', 3 Twitter 'tweets', 3 Pinterest 'pins', 3 Google Plus '+1's', 3 Facebook 'product shares', 3 Facebook 'product purchase shares', 3 Twitter 'shares' per customer account is permitted. Saddles Plus reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel points received through use of any social media platform, if these guidelines are abused.

REGISTERING AND REFERRING

Every customer who creates an online account or signs up to the Saddles Plus Newsletter may be awarded points. In addtion, any customer who refers a friend may also be awarded points for doing so. Saddles Plus reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel any points received through 'registering an account', 'signing up for the Newsletter', or ''Referring people' if these guidelines are abused.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Customers will be automatically entered into Saddles Plus's Loyalty Program once they create a Saddles Plus account. Further, by accepting the loyalty points, each customer agrees to release and hold harmless Saddles Plus, its licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, merchant partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of the loyalty discounts or participation in any Loyalty Program related activity.

This Loyalty Program is void where prohibited by law. Saddles Plus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Loyalty Program; to be in violation of the Conditions of Use of the web site, to be acting in violation of the sites Policies and Procedures; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Loyalty scheme at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the user and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail, addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Saddles Plus will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
