TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will find the carrier details and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please visit the carrier's website and quote the tracking number on your confirmation email. Or you can always contact the store with any queries on 1300 362 661.

HOW THE ORDER IS PROCESSED

All orders received Monday to Friday prior to 3pm WST will be processed that day, or during busy periods (such as SALE days) the order may be processed the following day. Any order received Monday to Thursday, after 3pm, will be processed and dispatched the following day. Any order received on Friday, after 3pm or over the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on Monday. Our website product stock levels are adjusted daily and proven to be 99% accurate, however in the unfortunate situation where you purchase a product that is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss options.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME-FRAME

As mentioned above, we will generally process your order within 24 hours of payment, however in unforeseen circumstances or during the weekend this could be up to 3 days. Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 1-10 days, depending on the delivery service used and your location. Standard Shipping estimates 3-10 Business days, and Express Shipping estimates 1-5 Business days.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Saddles Plus.

CLICK AND COLLECT

The Click and Collect option is 100% FREE of charge. Once the order has been placed, you can pick the order up from the Saddles Plus store in Byford, Western Australia after 2 hours has passed. This will allow the staff to have your order ready for when you arrive. If you would like to pick up your order within the two hours then please contact the store and speak to one of our friendly team members who may be able to speed up the process for you!

Under the circumstances at present with COVID19 we are offering Door to Door Delivery (Conditions Apply). Areas being serviced are as follows;

Monday - Serpentine-Jarrahdale Region (Includes Byford, Darling Downs,Serpentine, Mundijong, Oakford, Jarrahdale, Cardup, Oldbury, Keysbrook, Hopeland, Mardella)

Tuesday - Peel Region (Includes Pinjarra, North Dandalup, Mandurah, Waroona, Dwellingup, Coolup)

Wednesday - Wanneroo Area

Thursday - Mundaring/Swan Hills Region (Includes Mundaring, Sawyers Valley, Stonville, Parkerville, Herne Hill, Millendon, Brigadoon, Gidgegannup,Bullsbrook)


Friday - Armadale/Kalamunda Hills Region (Roleystone, Martin, Orange Grove,Carmel, Pickering Brook, Walliston)

 Orders may be delivered earlier than advised day if possible, you will be advised of any change. You do not need to be home for delivery - All orders will be left at the front door or stable door, you will be notified where your order has been left. No dogs can have access in area of delivery. FREE Delivery on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a $10 delivery fee. All orders need to be placed by 5pm the day prior to your suburb's scheduled delivery day.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Saddles Plus handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

We offer a FREE 60-Day Returns Policy

If you wish to return your order within 60 days of the product being delivered, please contact us on 1300 362 661 or email orders@saddlesplus.com.au. In accordance with our FREE 60-Day Returns Policy, Saddles Plus will accept a return and pay the return shipping charges if your purchased goods:

  • Are faulty or develop a fault within a reasonable period of time after purchase

  • Are not fit for purpose (i.e. they don't do what the seller said they would do)

  • Don't match the seller's description or sample

  • Are of unacceptable quality, or

  • Fail to meet other mandatory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please note, consumer guarantees do not apply where the buyer changes their mind, finds the product cheaper elsewhere, decides they no longer want/need the product, or if the consumer has misused the product, causing or contributing to the failure of the product.

Where a return is requested outside of the guidelines above, Saddles Plus has the right to refuse the return, or offer return where the consumer pays return postage. All refunds will be completed once the goods have arrived, back in the hands of Saddles Plus.
